The Neonatal Nurse Family Appreciation Award provides an opportunity for a family to nominate a nurse who they feel deserves to be recognised for delivering outstanding care and support to a family and their infant while in the neonatal unit.
Nominations for the 2026 award will open Monday 14 September 2026 and close 5 pm on Monday 12th October.
The winner is announced on World Prematurity Day - 17 November.
An electronic nomination form will be available once open.

Award
All Neonatal Nurses who receive a nomination will be acknowledged and receive a certificate of appreciation.
The winner will receive an award of $500 in recognition of their achievement.
